1. Nature of our products
FitXPower sells digital fitness programs, coaching content, and instructional videos. These are intangible products delivered electronically, typically accessible immediately or within minutes of purchase via your account at fitxpower.com.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked, on every digital product and coaching package sold on this site.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of the order date and we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
This guarantee is more generous than the 14-day right of withdrawal required by EU Directive 2011/83/EU and supersedes it for orders placed on this site.
3. How to request a refund

- Your order number
- The email used at purchase
No justification or proof of dissatisfaction is required. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Limits of the guarantee
The 30-day guarantee covers the original purchase. We reserve the right to deny refunds in clear cases of abuse (e.g., serial refund requests from the same customer across multiple orders, or evidence of content redistribution after refund). Such cases are extremely rare and handled individually.
5. Chargebacks
Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact us first — refunds under our policy are processed faster (typically within 48 hours) than chargeback resolutions. Chargebacks filed before contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
