These Terms govern your use of fitxpower.com (the “Site”) and the digital fitness programs, coaching, and content (the “Services”) sold by ONE OF SUCCESS LLC, doing business as FitXPower (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services
FitXPower sells digital fitness programs, coaching, and video content. Products are delivered electronically through your account on the Site, typically immediately after payment.
3. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. One account per person.
4. Pricing and currency
Prices are displayed in EUR (€) on the Site. The exact currency and amount charged are shown at checkout before payment. Stripe applies its own conversion rate if your card is issued in a different currency.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, EPS, and Bancontact, subject to availability. Card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure interface and never reach our servers.
6. Delivery
Digital products are made available in your account within minutes of successful payment. If access fails for technical reasons, contact team@fitxpower.com and we will restore it.
7. Refunds

8. Health disclaimer
Our fitness programs are not medical advice. Consult a qualified physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury. You use the programs at your own risk. ONE OF SUCCESS LLC is not liable for any injury, health condition, or outcome resulting from use of the Services.
9. Intellectual property
All content (videos, PDFs, programs, branding) is owned by ONE OF SUCCESS LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the content for your own training. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or publicly broadcast the content.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share account credentials.
- Use the Site for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to bypass payment, copy content, or interfere with the Site’s operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONE OF SUCCESS LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, fraud, or chargeback abuse. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of New Mexico, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms; the revised version takes effect on posting. Material changes will be notified to active customers by email.
