We are a small, independent studio. We do not run gyms. We do not sell supplements. We do not promise overnight results. What we publish is the kind of structured training we run ourselves: built on progressive overload, periodisation, and individualised recovery.
Every program we ship comes down to one principle: a plan you can execute and measure. Each program PDF is paired with HD video demonstrations, downloadable progress trackers, and clear progression cues. Our methodology
Every FitXPower program is built around three principles drawn from contemporary strength and conditioning research: progressive overload, periodised cycling of intensity and volume, and individualised recovery management. None of this is exotic — it is the same framework national-level coaches use when they program for athletes who need to peak on a date.
Progressive overload means the work you do today is measurably harder than the work you did three weeks ago — more weight, more reps, slower tempo, or shorter rest. Without it, training plateaus quickly. Every program ships with built-in progression tables, so the next session is never a guess and you always know what target to hit.
Periodisation means we do not train at maximum intensity year-round. Most programs alternate between accumulation blocks (higher volume, moderate intensity) and intensification blocks (lower volume, higher intensity), with planned deload weeks every fourth or fifth week so the nervous system can recover. This is why a twelve-week structured program produces results that a random twelve weeks of training cannot.

We do not publish miracle methods, three-day shortcuts, or any program we would not run ourselves. Every program references the training logic so you understand what you are doing and why.

Each program is a one-time purchase with lifetime access to that program’s materials. No automatic renewals, no surprise charges, no upsells at checkout. Coaching packages are clearly labelled and can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard.
Real support
Every email reaches a person, not a ticket queue. Most replies go out within 24 business hours, Monday through Friday. If a program is not working for you, we want to know — sometimes that means a free programming adjustment, sometimes it means a refund.
What we publish
Our catalogue is organised around four product families. Self-paced programs you can run end-to-end without a coach, structured coaching packages where you train with one of our team, video libraries for movement reference, and applied nutrition guides that translate principles into weekly meal structures.
Most clients start with a single program or a beginner bundle and move into structured coaching once they want personalised programming. Pricing reflects the level of support — self-paced programs start at fourteen euros, while annual one-on-one coaching with biweekly video reviews and personalised programming sits at the top of the catalogue.
